This work was definitely completed on the night of the 17th, and not the morning of the 18th. By no means did I fall asleep before beginning this work.
Now that I have all the parts I need, and the forearm core has been made properly crooked, I can integrate the components and finally the proper form of the forearm can take shape. I started by determining the proper distance between the elbow knobs and cutting a piece of styrene rod to attach the two resin parts together. Then I began cutting the core and vambrace parts to accommodate the elbow knobs.
Some more work still needs to be done to make sure everything is correctly situated and then fill the gaps between the integrated parts, but it’s great, after so long, to finally see these parts looking so much closer to how they should.
